Tiffany O'Donnell

Tiffany O'Donnell is the Mayor of Iowa’s 2nd largest city, Cedar Rapids. She is also the Chief Executive Officer of Women Lead Change. Tiffany joined Iowa Women Lead Change in 2015 as its first Chief Operating Officer. In 2017, she became the Chief Executive Officer, succeeding its co-founder. The organization is focused on workforce development through a gender lens, dedicated to advancing women leaders at all levels. Tiffany has led the organization through tremendous growth, tripling its revenue and expanding its scope and reach well beyond Iowa’s borders onto a national scale.

The organization is considered a premier women’s leadership development organization and O’Donnell is a nationally known thought leader in the space. She has appeared in the New York Times, O Magazine and most recently published in Medium. She is also a sought-after speaker including a recent appearance on the TEDx Furman stage.

Courtney is a writer, professional speaker, and emotional health advocate. Courtney has worked with non-profits, start-ups and companies both small and large to provide tools that promote emotional health, respectful communication, empathy and boundaries. Courtney was named Eastern Iowa's Professional Women's Network 2020 Woman of the Year.

Between football games, hip-hop dance competitions and work, you can find Courtney dancing and engaging with the family's robust Instagram account; a community of half a million followers from around the world. An Iowa transplant, originally from Tennessee, her southern roots will hopefully make you feel like you’re entering a conversation with a friend. .

April Schmaltz is the President and CEO for Delta Dental of Iowa. With a mission to improve the health and smiles of the people we serve, April leads with passion to deliver on this promise to our customers and communities.

April has been with Delta Dental since 2014, leading sales, marketing and product development. With more than 25 years of experience in executive leadership, strategy, and new business growth, April has held a variety of executive leadership roles in the health care and financial services industries. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary’s University and a Master of Business Administration from Iowa State University.

In addition, April serves on numerous professional and community boards and councils including Healthiest State Initiative, EveryStep, and the Global Insurance Accelerator.
